A sweet dog in Britain is being rejected by adopter after adopter because he is different. He is lonely and sad and he just wants to find a home he can call his very own. Tug is a mixed breed and was taken in by the RSCPA organization after he was found as a stray. He was in rough shape but made a complete recovery and is now in good health.

Sadly, what makes Tug different is preventing him from being adopted. The poor little guy has large ears and a big tongue. Some even call the dog ‘bat ears.’ We don’t like labels and definitely not making fun of dogs, and this breaks our hearts.

The supervisors of the kennel where Tug remains says, “When he came in Tug was in such an awful state. His coat was badly matted that he had to be completely shaved. I suppose this has resulted in his unusual looks and bat ears.”

Though the adorable Tug is older, he loves life and just wants the right home to give him love forever. He even loves dogs, families, is friendly, and well behaved. We hope Tug finds that home soon!
